Kavi Vyas
Chief Commercial and Clinical Officer
Kavi is an accomplished MedTech industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience bringing innovative medical devices and software solutions to market. He brings a unique combination of commercialization expertise, AI-enabled healthcare experience, and domain knowledge spanning vascular, neurovascular, and surgical markets.
Most recently, Kavi served as a fractional Chief Commercial Officer at multiple health-tech start-ups: Andromeda Surgical, an AI-powered robotics company focused on democratizing complex surgical procedures; Hatchleaf, an AI-powered next best action healthcare platform; and Plannery, an HCP debt relief platform. Prior to these roles, Kavi held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at theator, where he led strategy and execution to accelerate adoption of the company’s surgical intelligence platform.
Earlier in his career, Kavi was Vice President of Marketing at Viz.ai, a leader in applying AI for disease detection and workflow optimization. He also spent 8+ years at Penumbra, where he founded the Peripheral Vascular business unit.
Kavi holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology from Stanford University.
